Answer: Lasik is actually on the way out. Lens replacement technology is safer, cheaper, and doesn't suffer from the multitude of side effects Lasik has become associated with. With that in mind, I think you'll see Lasik prices start to fall as the institutes with investments in the hardware struggle to stay in business despite their inferior product.
