What are the negatives of Lasic eye surgery?

Sounds almost to good to be true, anyone have any bad experences? Anything I should know before going ahead with this.

Answer:
There are several things you should know about before undergoing this surgery. I had the PRK done. First thing first. You will experience a severe amount of pain after the surgery. At most it should last no more than a couple of days. Other possible side effects could be dry eyes (though they give you drops) and you could (worst case scenario) end up visually impaired. To me the possible bad is far out wayed by the good and if your optometrist feels you are a good candidate go ahead with it.
